Laya Yoga

Laya Yoga comes from the Tantra yoga and is better known as Kundalini yoga. This form of yoga has three main pillars: discipline, self-awareness and dedication.

The Indianse yoga master Harbhajan Singh Khalsa Yogiji Laya Yoga introduced around 1970 in the West. In Laya Yoga is the macrocosm (the universe) is intertwined with the microcosm (the human body).

Laya yogis are concerned with the subtle energy flows in different areas of the physical body, each of which is another reflection of the universe.

Each flow represents a different body function and has its own elements, blocks and images. Creating balance between these energy flows is a way to gain spiritual unity and harmony. Share your experience and knowledge about Laya Yoga.
