Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini yoga is also known as the yoga of awareness. Kundalini yoga is an active form of yoga which is experienced immediately what the exercise.

The dynamic exercise are combined with various breathing techniques and creative meditations. Yoga form works on the nervous and glandular system, it carries toxins away and provides deep relaxation. This old yoga technique has been passed down orally from the Sikh tradition and transferred in 1960 to the West by Yogi Bhajan.

Yogi Bhajan (Harbhajan Singh Khalsa) introduced the original Kundalini yoga in the West. According to his doctrine broke the centuries-old code of secrecy and went public teaching. Yogi Bhajan was born in 1929 in India. His spiritual journey began in his 7th year at the age of 16 he was recognized by his teacher as Master of Kundalini Yoga.
