Hatha comes from the words 'ha', meaning 'sun' and 'tha', which 'moon' means.

This form is often seen as the branch of yoga that brings unity of opposites in the body system, the positive (sun) - and negative (moon) currents.

The physical body is aligned by means of physical exercises, called asana's. Each exercise has its own specific purpose and picks up a disharmony to.
