Standing Asanas
Tadasana "The Mountain". This is the basic standing yoga pose.
Execution: Motionless stand firmly upright, like a mountain.
Stand well on the ground, back straight. Try to stand out against the side of the door and make sure that the entire back and neck touches the plane of the door. Muscles tighten outside and inside completely relaxed.
