Vata
- ether and air (principle), skinny, skin is dry, curly and very little hair, hands and feet are often cold, digestion irregular, creative and restless people, short memory but quick-witted, talk and run fast, low-power, to mull inclined. Earn quite a lot of money but also give it back quickly.
Pitta
- fire and water (fire principle), slim, medium height, thin hair, soft and warm skin, good digestion and appetite, intelligent and good speakers. They like to be the leader. They are showing the great possession.
Kapha
- soil and water (water principle) well developed body, overweight, thick and wavy hair, soft and oily skin, slow digestion, sleep well and long, comprehension may be a bit slow, but they can remember.
We live in a certain time. This period is characterized by the rapid way of life.
