Bhakti yoga

There are many forms of yoga, traditional practiced for centuries but nowadays forms derived thereof. Now, at this time, yoga is seen as the way to stay healthy in body and mind.
Indeed, body and spirit or mind and body influence each other, while yoga is the way to bring both balance and maintain. The "modern" yoga is not what is meant in the Bhagavad-gita under Bhakti Yoga.

 

Bhakti yoga a relatively short path but difficult

The essence of Bhakti yoga

Love

Para Bhakti (Para is highest) and Gnyaana (knowledge) are one. Bhakti finally merges into wisdom. They are a unit.

Bhakti grows like a tree or a flower in a garden. Cultivate Bhakti in the garden of your heart.

Bhakti yoga is the yoga of devotional love: love of God and love of man. This Bhakti-yoga is most similar to the Christian Charity.
